CDC Package
Sydney Side Homes has a team of certifiers, draftsmen, architects and engineers to help our clients achieve CDC approvals with a full set of architectural and engineered drawings tailor made for each client and each home.
These consist from single and double storey extensions and renovations to new builds, duplexes and apartments.
Our CDC process is in house and you will be working along side our head builder Matt, with each step of the way, being provided with estimates of cost during the planning and drawing process.
This process includes:
Stage 1
● Private certifier
● Zoning requirements
● permissions for your property
● Full survey of land including sewer and stormwater
● Purchase of relevant documents
● Communication with town planner
● Communication with architect
● Communication with draftsman/ engineer
● Check Sydney Water
Stage 2
● Architectural drawings completed fully with client
● Engineered drawings
● Sewer/ stormwater drawings
● BASIX certificate
● CDC ready
Stage 3
· Principal certifier submits all documents to council
DA Package
Sydney Side Homes DA package includes the same details and specifications as our CDC package, i.e. surveying, private certifier, architectural and engineering drawings, stamped/ approved DA plans i.e., ready to start building.
However, this package also involves council consultations, planning and submissions.
This process includes :

Pricing The Package
Tailored costs specific to each home
We have been building homes for almost a decade , and our head builder Matt can provide an estimate cost to build as well as a tailored CDC/DA package cost of each local council area after his first consultation within a week. This is where you can not fake experience.
After the second consultation with Matt, each client is well aware of the fees and costs involved to submit their dream plans for approval, as well as the cost to build.
